Katie is a native of Williamsburg, Va., but has spent the past decade in the Richmond, Va. area. She started her career as a bank teller, where she gained experience with portfolio banks loans as a customer service representative. 

In August of 2021, Katie made the leap to The Cowart Team, where she brings her attention to detail, understanding of the banking industry and her customer service experience. While working at The Cowart Team, she has discovered her passion for helping families move into their dream home, or achieve their goal of purchasing their first home.

Katie is also pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate at Liberty University. When she isn’t studying, or working, Katie loves a cruise! You can find her on a Royal Caribbean cruise, or spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog.
